Can’t find your assessment report?
Check your downloads folder and email first. If you still cannot find it, use the Request Assessment Link option inside Destiny Mapping or contact [Partner Contact Email].

When your report is ready, click Download Report (PDF).
This is your permanent copy. Your online session is not saved after you close it.
Closed your browser first?
If you closed the page before downloading, email [Rise Support Email] with your name, organization, and a short description of what happened.

What if the report doesn’t feel like me?
The report is based on what you provide. If something feels off, review your inputs and share that context with your organization or mapping support.
Can I share my report?
Yes. The PDF is your copy. You may choose to share it with a coach, case manager, mentor, employer, or someone helping you think through next steps.
Can I retake the assessment?
If you believe you made a mistake or need a new link, ask [Organization Name] before retaking it.
How long does this take?
Most participants finish in about 30 minutes: about 10 minutes for the assessment and the rest for creating the report.
