Why It Matters
The Rise Initiative connects good people with good jobs in great companies. We ignite potential through redemptive hiring — helping veterans, foster alumni, trafficking survivors, and justice-involved individuals rebuild their lives through meaningful work.
Since May 2025, we’ve helped more than 31 men and women secure full-time roles with partners, generating over $2.4 million in wages and nearly $6 million in economic impact.
Behind every placement is a story of renewal - a veteran rediscovering purpose, a survivor finding dignity, a foster alum standing on their own, a father rebuilding trust through steady work.
Hope for Those Without was written for them and for anyone still in the waiting, wondering if their story still matters. At Rise, we’ve learned that hope is never wasted.
